We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All products, prices, and descriptions are subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Custom & Handmade Apparel Policy

Production & Fulfillment: All custom fashion, dancewear, festival sets, and handmade items are made to order. Please allow the stated processing time for your order to be crafted before shipment.
Sizing & Colors: Because our garments are individually handmade, slight variations in color, placement (such as rhinestones, cutouts, or print patterns), and fit may occur. Please consult our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

3. Natural Skincare & Cosmetic Disclaimer

For External Use Only: Our skincare products (including whipped body butter, face serums, eye creams, body oils, and rosewater mists) are designed for external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
Patch Test Recommended: Our products are crafted using 100% natural and raw botanical ingredients. We strongly recommend performing a small patch test on your skin 24 hours prior to full use to check for potential allergies or sensitivities.
Not Medical Advice: Products and statements provided by La’Bougie are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease. Consult a healthcare professional or dermatologist if you have specific medical concerns or conditions.
Storage & Melting Notice: Because our whipped body butter and natural oils contain no synthetic stabilizers or heavy preservatives, they are sensitive to extreme heat. Keep products stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. La’Bougie is not responsible for melting that occurs during transit or improper storage.

4. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Custom & Handmade Items: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our apparel and hygiene standards for worn garments, all sales on custom outfits, dancewear, and festival sets are final. Exchanges or adjustments are only permitted if an error was made on our end.
Skincare & Beauty Products: For health and hygiene reasons, unopened or opened cosmetic and skincare items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production or processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

La’Bougie is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and filing claims directly with the carrier if issues arise.
